The Housing Coalition of Lackawanna County strives to be a significant catalyst for decent, safe, affordable housing. The Coalition members seek to provide housing opportunities and empowerment towards self-sufficiency for all persons in Lackawanna County. This is accomplished through the sharing of information, coordination of resources among non-profit, public and private entities and the identification of and response to unmet needs and advocacy at all levels.
